Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
यह एग्रीमेंट भारत के कानूनों के हिसाब से चलेगा और समझा जाएगा। इस एग्रीमेंट से जुड़ा कोई भी झगड़ा, विवाद या दावा दिल्ली, भारत में मौजूद कोर्ट के खास अधिकार क्षेत्र में आएगा।
